This policy explains what personal data we collect through careviaasolutions.com (the "website"), why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have. 2. What we collect
We only collect the personal data you choose to give us when you submit the contact form, email, call or message us:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your practice or organization name, if you provide it
- The service you are interested in and the contents of your message
We also receive limited technical data that is needed to deliver the website securely, such as your IP address and browser type. This is processed by our hosting provider for security and bot protection and is not used to build a profile of you.
Please do not send patient or health information through this website. Patient data is only exchanged with clients through secure channels under a signed agreement.

- Our email service providers, to deliver form submissions to our inbox and to send replies
- Google, when you view the embedded map on our contact page
Some of these providers may process data outside India. Where this happens, we rely on their contractual and security commitments and follow any restrictions set under the DPDP Act. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for no more than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client or the law requires us to keep them longer. Form submissions are not stored on the website itself; they are sent directly to our business email.
7. How we protect it
The website is served over HTTPS with modern security headers. Access to our business email is restricted to authorized staff and protected with two-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
8. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our bot-protection service may set a strictly necessary cookie to confirm you are a real visitor. If we add website analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

- Ask us to correct, complete or update your data
- Ask us to erase your data when it is no longer needed

- Raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India
